The challenge

The NJAJ conference brought together a key audience for Paramus MRI: personal injury attorneys. The practice needed booth materials that would communicate its services clearly, establish a recognizable presence, and support conversations with attendees.

The challenge was to translate the practice’s branding and service information into materials that worked at two scales: a backdrop visible across the exhibition space and a handout attorneys could take with them.

The approach.

GetRANKD developed an 8 × 8 booth backdrop and a supporting promotional handout tailored to the conference’s personal injury audience.

The backdrop prioritized brand recognition and a clear, audience-specific message: “Your Trusted Personal Injury Provider.” The design balanced the practice’s identity with readable information suited to a busy conference setting.

The handout provided a closer look at the practice, highlighting its MRI services and Dr. John Athas’s expertise, alongside contact information and a QR code for a next step. The two pieces shared a consistent visual direction while serving different purposes within the attendee experience.

The results
